I hope these hummingbirds' momma doesn't freak out too much!
I've started loving a muted color palette after spending some time wilderness camping. The plants, rocks, even the earth underneath it all is thriving with its tan palette. I wonder how much the color changes when there's rain!
Two things that you have to do during a Maine autumn -
Some more amazing fall colors in Boston! We don't get anything like that in SoCal, and especially not in front of lovely brick buildings.
There's some wonderfully subtle (and not so subtle) plant life around the Harvard area, even as winter starts its approach.
Always a fan of finding Ginkgo trees in the city! 🍂 They're such sturdy sulfer-eaters. 🌲 We could do with more of these trees in LA. They might clean up some of the smog!
Finally got around to making some salsa with the Shishito peppers! It turned out quite well, and not nearly as spicy as expected.
Always loving the hikes with the Sierra Club!
Found this ferocious beast growing next to the olive tree. I was told that having mushrooms in soil indicates high nutrients - and here I'd been thinking it was about time to fertilize.
